libcroco3-dev software package provides Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) parsing and manipulation toolkit, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcroco3-dev
libcroco3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcroco3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcroco3-dev *
You will get with libcroco3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
